Notice of disposal of a stake in Generali Investments AD Skopje

Generali Investments, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o., Dunajska 63, Ljubljana, pursuant to Article 214 of the Investment Funds and Management Companies Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 31/15, as amended), hereby informs the public of the disposal of its stake in Generali Investments AD Skopje. The ownership transfer to the buyer, NLB Skladi, upravljanje premoženja, d.o.o., becomes effective on 23 May 2024.
