The Subfund's investment objective is long-term capital growth, achieved through investments in the Slovenian capital market. The Subfund’s assets are managed actively and its performance is not compared against any benchmark. The Subfund’s portfolio consists of shares, government and corporate bonds, money market instruments, units of other funds, deposits and cash, and may be changed at any time without restrictions in order to adapt to new market conditions. Investments are predominantly focused on financial instruments issued by entities with their registered office in the Republic of Slovenia. Issuers of financial instruments included in the Subfund’s portfolio may only be entities with their registered office in EU Member States, states that are signatories to the EEA Agreement, and those third countries with developed markets that are members of the OECD. The Subfund may therefore at any time invest up to 100% of its assets in equity or debt financial instruments or in units of investment funds. Revenue from dividends is reinvested. The Subfund may not be suitable for investors intending to withdraw their money within less than five years.

Generali Corporate Bonds invests in bonds, including convertible bonds and bond target funds. At least 70% of its assets will be placed in corporate bonds and the same share of assets will be exposed to the euro.
